As a third generation farming family we would like to welcome you to Heatham. Heatham is 1 mile North of the village of Kilkhampton and 6 miles north of the coastal resort of Bude.

Booking terms
When a booking is made a deposit is required along with
a written confirmation. In case of a cancellation, please
advise us immediately, we will make every attempt to re-let
the room and return your deposit minus a handling charge of
£15.00. Guests are reminded that once the deposit has been
paid and if we are unable to re-let the room then you will
be charged 2/3rds of the total cost.
We do advise that you take out insurance in case of
cancellation to cover yourselves.
Unfortunately are unable to accept debit / credit cards, but accept cash or cheque.
